Just curious if there are any benefits for getting ASHA certified? Financially, opportunity, transfer of license wise??

Worried about iron deficiency…toddler doesn’t eat a lot of veggies or drink milk. Besides that he has a good variety of foods he’ll eat. Will eat any fruit given to him. However he has started to almost crave chewing ice, 2nd yr molars??? maybe but my mind goes straight to PICA and I’ve heard HIYA was a good vitamin brand. Just curious as to thoughts on supplements for toddlers.
