I heard the zepbound pen has some extra dose after the 4th dose. Is it possible to inject the golden dose without transferring it to another syringe?

I started my weight loss journey with zepbound. Honestly its not just weight loss. I have been enjoying so much other benefits. My brain fog has reduced soooo much and even my fatigue went away. I heard zepbound is better than ozempic. But i wanna try ozempic due to lower costs and generic version coming out soon.
Any ideas anyone moving from zepbound to ozempic?
I had my consultations with hims and hers canada and my doctor told me to have supplements not to have hair fall. So far its going great but wanna know your opinions on Ozempic
