Give me a valid reason for him conferred bharat ratna

Modiji is in power since 2014 and it is his 3rd term as Prime Minister of India. He has a dream run as a supreme leader, that one can only think about. He completely erased the memory of Congress party from the mind of masses. The power and conteol he holds. The dummy CM he has. The senior leaders who were supreme to him, now bent over him as it is a mandatory gesture.

How he will react once he will not have that power and stature?
