Planning a trip to Argentina and looking at Avianca as an option. Flying out of Toronto, so there'd likely be a connection through Bogotá.

A few things I'd love to hear from people who've flown them:

Reliability — how are they with on-time departures and arrivals? Any issues with delays or cancellations, especially through Bogotá?

Baggage — any problems with lost or delayed luggage on connecting flights? How strictly do they enforce carry-on limits?

Overall experience — seat comfort, food, crew, in-flight entertainment on long haul? Anything that surprised you good or bad?

Any tips or things to watch out for would be appreciated!
