Second Number Issue
I had a second number perk on my phone and then cancelled it about a year ago. I am trying to add it back but the previous profile is like stuck. I can add the perk to my bill, but I can’t activate the eSIM because it can’t find it. The workaround I found was to have tier 2 delete the old ghost profile for the first number so they could push through the eSIM for the new number. I tried chat and that didn’t work because it’s now AI. I haven’t called yet—does anyone have a work around or experience with this issue?
