As you guys can see I really enjoy feta especially on a good bowl. Layers of Feta Cheese Crumbs with extra scoops of Feta Cheese Dip on top.

I love playing “how many luxury apartments are being built” in the 1.8 mile drive I make to get to my children’s school.

It’s also interesting that a lot of these new apartments are being built on spaces that use to be affordable housing but even then I believe the city is only requiring some developers to set aside 5-10% of the units to be tax credit or under market rate. Which is interesting.

I planned on upgrading to the iPhone 18 from my IPhone 14 Plus once it realized. Well I ended up breaking my phone and although I had AppleCare I decided to visit my provider in store just to see what deals they had.

Anyways I walked out with a brand New IPhone 17 Pro Max and after credits will pay less than $700 for it. I obviously have no plans on upgrading now to the 18 but a win is a win lol.

(Also I don’t plan on spending two years paying this phone off. I’m going to put $200 towards it for the next 3 months and it will be fully paid off).

Horchata is back at Starbucks. I tried something new which was a Matcha Latter with Horchata Cold Foam and 2 squirts of Horchata Syrup and it’s so good. Starbucks Matcha pairs well with it.

I purchased this flight back in February from Atlanta to Edinburgh. Today I got a email my flight was cancelled and I was being refunded. Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service for them to tell me it was cancelled due to an overbooking issue and because I used Expedia . I’ve always used Expedia it’s never been an issue at all. The only reason I bought the ticket was because it was a deal that popped up and a steal imo. Mind you I went on the website and my exact flight is still available for purchase so how can it be an overbooking.

I wonder who approved this and as far as I could tell it’s been empty without customer for the past two hours I’ve been here.
