My dogs muzzle got 2 small punctures from my cat

My cat did 2 small puncture on my 85 pound boy they had a little blood

I quickly got warm water with saline and cleaned the area for him I decided to Google and everything online says he’s gonna get a infection and abscess in Google is that always the case

My cat is up to date on all his vaccines as well am I overreacting or is Google just making me panic
