Post-Inflamatory Hyperpigmentation on very sensitive skin.

Hi everyone! I guess this has already been asked a million times, but I wanna be sure I'm choosing the right product. I used the Ordinary Glicolic Acid 7% under my breasts as an exfoliant and, eventhough it wasn't the first time at all, it reacted badly first leaving two big red spots and then leaving a dark/brownish one. I'm assuming it's post-inflamatory hyperpigmentation. I also have tons of spots like this on my back from random acne. Please, don't tell me to go see a doctor cause I'm chronically ill and visit them more than some relatives. Next week I'm spending 6000 euros in surgery for Endometriosis. As you can see my hormones are a mess and I also have Mast Cells Activation Syndrome and Ehlers Danlos so everything can go wrong at any given time.

I also have melasma but I've been able to keep it under control with thiamidol. I guess the treatment here is different, isn't it? Can you give me some products names that I can use to try to fade away these spots? Bonus points for those for sensitive/reactive skin. I'm also gonna start menopause since my surgery implies taking away the only ovary I had left. I just turned 40. Good thing is I barely go out although I always use 50 SPF if it's the case.

Ps: if you need to see some pictures I can upload some. I'd rather not due to the place they are on.
