Are physical improvements primarily genetic?
Yes, I enjoy physical exercise, something I didn't get to enjoy as much in my youth. But some friends told me that exercise and physical improvement are mainly genetic if you really want to get big and strong. And that being an ectomorph, it would be fighting against nature and a frustrating activity.And I'd better try something else. Is physical, strenght and bodily condition essentially genetic, and does training only reveal an individual's internal potential?
