Gangstalking is a real phenomenon but If you record on your phone or a recording device and it doesn't record the noises you hear you are being hit with US Patent #5889870 "The Ventriloquist Effect".

US Patent #5889870 "The Ventriloquist Effect" can make sounds including voices, footsteps, even gunshots come from the direction of other people. This sound is very surreal and it's direction is highly accurate. (Can make voices literally seem to come "out the mouth" of other people)

Everything I listed below is an example of how US Patent #5889870 works. It gives the illusion over time that many people are stalking, plotting, insulting, or involved in a conspiracy against you in some way.

• Someone in your house walks into another room and it sounds like they are mumbling about you.
• You are walking down the street and hear voices coming from the direction of the people behind you saying something like "im behind the target now".
• You hear footsteps and people whispering to each other outside your home but when you check nobody is there.
• You hear voices insulting you coming from the direction of your coworkers or other kids at school.
• You hear knocking noises, footsteps, or even voices coming from other apartments in your apartment complex that seem deliberate, threatening, or insulting.

Many Targeted Individuals don't know about this technology and believe they are being "gangstalked". It's a sick form of manipulation to make people look mentally ill, destroy the support network of the targeted individual, and cause the target to become isolated.

Most targeted individuals don't understand that targeting is automated and gangstalking is a very surreal illusion (in most cases) using very sophisticated and highly manipulative directional weapons of sound (US Patent #5889870 The Ventriloquist Effect), direct energy weapons, and ELF - Voice of God weapons integrated with AI chat bots and voice cloning technologies.

Everyone has been conditioned (programmed) that someone has a mental illness if...

• You are always hyper vigilant and suspicious of everyone
• You believe many people are stalking you
• Believing in a plot against you involving Law Enforcement and other government agencies
• You are hearing voices
• People recognizing other abnormal behaviors due to your targeting (acting out)

They want you constantly spiraling in the loops listed above to maintain the illusion that you are mentally ill to the people around you. Once you realize this your targeting may fall off or die down.

Eventually you realize that most people are not directly involved in a conspiracy against you. Many illnesses are manufactured for profit and psyops (Schizophrenia is a psyop for manchurian candidates). People, especially the "professionals", are indoctrinated from schooling, training, and social engineering from a young age.

This is the "system" a well orchestrated plot implemented by the highest levels of government. Most academic research studies are government funded and agenda driven (corrupted), and the rabbit hole goes deep.

The problem is that we are easily written off as mentally ill, and a lot of targeted individuals fall for the trap that from an outside perspective, makes us look this way.

Most people believe they are being followed, stalked, and they are so hyper vigilant that they look for and interpret everything as such. When people notice you seem "hyper vigilant" they may act different towards you in a cautious way and this fuels the perspective of the targeting individual because now everyone is changing up on them.

Direct Energy Weapons are used to manipulate the people around you. Thought insertion is a powerful tool to sow division. But most people are not directly involved in a "conspiracy" to ruin your life.

US Patent #5889870 is a real working technology that is called "The Ventriloquist Effect" for a reason. It can make voices and sounds come from the direction of anyone around you giving off the illusion that many people are conspiring against them.

Same with voice mimicking technology. Mimic the voice of your family, neighbors, or someone you know or used to know using V2K technology and people become convinced it's really them.

Next thing you know people are posting pictures of their neighbors on social media using a leaf blower, playing with a remote controlled car, or talking on their phone and calling them gangstalkers.

People on the outside will interpret this as mental illness every damn time. The targeted individual not knowing shit about the technologies at work designed to manipulate them just fell for the trap designed to discredit all of us as mentally ill.

If we want this to ever stop we must educate other targeted individuals about the technologies used to manipulate us and the people around us. If the targeting program didnt work they wouldn't use it.

This is what Targeted Justice aims to do, I don't exactly agree with everything they say, and I could have things wrong myself. Either way we must continue to educate ourselves and other targeted individuals of the technologies used on us.

To those of you new to hearing V2K... Understand that this is a master game of deception, fear mongering, and manipulation to get people locked up or committed to a mental institution. This is also likely orchestrated for the mental health industry to profit from "mental illness".

In the beginning of your targeting V2K tries to get people to believe that anyone with a dangerous reputation is involved to produce extream paranoia.

This can include, Cartels, Prison Gangs, Corrupt Cops, and anyone else who has a dangerous reputation. These people are not involved, if they had this technology they would likely target rival gangs, cops, prison guards, and wealthy drug dealers/criminals... Not your average citizen.

V2K is designed to mimic the symptoms of "schizophrenia" listed below.

• Extreme paranoia
• Making you appear delusional to others
• Emotional instability (always sad, angry, paranoid)
• Hyper vigilant (clearly suspicious of everyone)
• Sleep deprivation (wears on your mental health)
• Suicidal and Homicidal Ideation

Understand that Law Enforcement and medical personnel have been trained to believe that you are mentally il since the 1950's if...

• You are hearing voices (V2K)
• You believe that a group of people within your own community are conspiring against you (Gangstalking)
• Anything to do a plot involving the police, CIA, or other government organizations against you

You will eventually realize that on a lower level most people are not directly involved.
