Tennessee - Can AKA/others save the state?

Is their anything that can be done to save TN? I find it so crazy how Matthew Davenport had 2,000 mg of DPH in his system ( 40-50 pills ) and they blame the kratom.

How is this fair? How can the legislators not see the problem here that it wasn't the kratom? The autopsy is literally public, for anyone to see..... This is un-democratic and I don't want to lose this state so close to me....

But unsure if they passed the amendment to ban synthetics or not? 7 lobbyists have run amuck in this hearing, but even SLED agrees natural kratom isn't the problem.

Comment your personal takes, based on the hearings and things you've heard/seen. Just wanted to say congratulations to the states that successfully waited this year's legislation massive ban attempt spree, may your states be safe.

What do you think will happen to mine in your opinion? Most plausible case scenario?

I also want to say, I emailed all of the legislators video testimony and voice messaged all for South Carolina.

So recently heard some news that the amendment to ban synthetics is out the window, and that the schedule 1 of the plant/extracts is now in full swing rather than a partial ban on only synthetics.

This is very worrisome to me, I have not heard the AKA talking about South Carolina. Has their been any of their constituents here to defend our State? If kratom gets banned here, I'm lost. Eitheir I'm going to have to quit completely or go to North Carolina but my family already judges me enough because of me taking kratom....

I'll be emailing, and texting our Representatives but is their really a point anymore? Even with overwhelming advocacy, it seems like they always have their minds made up.
