I’ve been doing smash burgers as a side hustle for over a year and I still am. It’s called Jae’s burgers and I go to pubs, mainly The bird in Hand in Princes Risborough (so not quite Oxford). I’ve been at The Star Pub, James St Tavern and The Sun in Wheatley. I’d like to share my creations with you and just to see on the off chance if anyone here has actually tried one of my burgers, I’d love to hear some feedback 🙏🏾
