I just got side bangs there is no layers or teasing in this 😭 so I’m just wondering if this seems scene at all lol

First 2 pictures are what I see and 3rd picture is what my friend sees when they go on their profile. I was just wondering because it was out of nowhere. And if my friend sees it (they were just moots didn’t really know each other) then does that mean they were banned or just deleted acc??? The user did say some things that make me question if insta banned them.
