My wife accomplished her first solo smoke on the Weber 26’ this past weekend.
She did two racks of ribs while I was at work. They were popular at the family gathering. I couldn’t be more proud of her and the work she did! There was a funny moment with the chimney at the start but after that it was smooth sailing.
