5 months in - only lost 11 lbs
I started my journey Jan 2nd at the .25 dose (4 weeks), than .5mg (4 weeks) and progressed to the 1mg dose as my doctor said for the past 10 doses.
Iv been hitting daily goals of 100-150 gram protein, 2L water, and 3 days a week strength training. I also have a very active job so I’m hitting 8000 -10,000 steps a day. But I’m not seeing the scale move. I’m not looking for medical advice. I’m looking to hear your story. Have you been in a similar situation? Hesitant to increase my dose just because of $$ and seeing how it’s not working for me. For context starting weight 198lbs now I’m 186lbs
