Is FoodMarble a joke?

For the first time in years I actually have 0 symptoms.

I just finished 16 days of the elemental diet and I have been reintroducing foods and feeling great.

Pre treatment, methane was 19 ppm and hydrogen was >98 ppm. Tested with a trio smart lactulose test.

I bought a food marble, and the first reading was 1 ppm methane and 25 ppm hydrogen. I would agree with this based off 0 symptoms I’m having.

After dinner I decided to retest and it was 108 ppm hydrogen and 76 ppm methane.

Now keep in mind I have literally 0 symptoms, I’m not bloated, no pain, etc.

Is FoodMarble actually reliable? This is freaking me out but also I am highly suspect because I don’t have symptoms.

Overthinking about convulsive syncope

6 months ago I was getting a mri and the nurse missed my vein 3 times with the IV. I passed out after the third attempt. I got hot and tunnel vision / dizzy. I had passed out once before then so I told them I knew I was about to pass out. Next thing I know I am being lifted onto a stretcher and the rapid response team is being called over the intercom. The nurse was on the phone frantically calling the ED department saying a patient had a seizure. I spoke up and said I passed out and convulsed- that this had happened before and I don’t have a history of seizures.

Anyways, I went to the ER, got an ekg, thyroid levels checked, chest and heart X ray. The doctor summed it up to dehydration and vasovagal syncope.

I could remember everything leading up to the pass out, and everything after. The thing I’m overthinking / why I keep convincing myself maybe I really did have a seizure:

I felt dizzy/ high/ exhausted for about an hour after. In the ER I remembered my address and name and such, but they asked my social security number. I normally know this, but I couldn’t remember and gave them the wrong number. This makes me scared I was in a post ictial state and I didn’t just pass out. The combo of groggy/ couldn’t remember my SS number.

The time before when I passed out and convulsed, I felt ready to get up and walk and more “normal” much quicker.

I think it scares me just because I obviously didn’t see it, and no one described to me what happened, but the nurses were all freaked out which made me think like what happened wasn’t normal passing out.

Any insight to how people feel post convulsive vasovagal syncope and if number amnesia is normal?

Thank you!
