We are small (8CC, 30 #s) SMB. Currently we're using 3CX w/PRI and will be moving to Yeastar w/SIP. Our internet connection is via 2 WANs (primary and fallback).

What I see here are users reporting that Telnyx will almost arbitrarily lock an account based on perceived scam activity and recovery isn't easy nor quick. If I were looking at a non mission critical function that may be OK, but without phones our company will be hemorrhaging money they can't afford. This brings attention no one in IT wants.

So should I be concerned? Is Telnyx doing anything to resolve this issue?
