150kg Bench press
i attempted 150kg for 2 today and failed the 2nd rep please help me spot if im doing something wrong , i noticed the bar tends to go backwards quickly when im still at the bottom
note that i reached a 145k touch and go pr 6 months ago and pasued it 3 months ago
last time i posted in this sub people accused me of showing off but that's not my inetntion at all i need serious help or im gonna get myself injured soon
