So I finally got my switch modded with the addition of acropolis and skyline, but I didn't have my Smash save file installed before I modded the switch, so now basically I have Smash saying it's installed on my sysnand, and Smash with the cloud and arrow on my emmunand. I'm not able to download it from emmunand and JKSV doesn't show my Smash save data when my user is highlighted. I also haven't played smash on my sysnand since I reinstalled it there. Could that be the issue?

So I'm new to Switch and Smash modding and I was told that if I wanted to back up my custom stages that I should use checkpoint to do so. I'm setting up my new Switch with all of my old switch's save data, and both switch's have my account on them. I haven't modded the old switch yet, but I'm worried that if I try to use checkpoint while my account is on the old console that Nintendo will find out and eventually keep me from using online play anymore. Is there a way for me to do this safely? thanks.
