My girlfriend's regular Wells Fargo account was closed because Zelle wrongly flagged it for fraud. The Zelle transactions were from me, they were legit, and I never reported them as fraud because it somehow tickled their algorithm. But what's done is done, and we need to figure out next steps.

I know WF has a second-chance Clear Access Banking account for people who are flagged in Chexsystems, but does anyone know if she'll be barred from that because her regular account was also at WF? I mean I'd be surprised if she wasn't blacklisted from them for now even if they don't run Chexsystems on the Clear Access accounts.
