MagSafe wallet with no RFID protection

I need a slim wallet that holds two cards that does NOT block RFID.

One card is my RFID employee badge and the other is my RFID transit pass. I don’t want to remove the cards every time - 20 times a day at least - I have to use them.

I’m currently using a Torras case plus the Macarooon MagSafe leather case which has been fine for 6 months or so, but now it’s starting to fray a corner and it’s only going to get worse at this point. I’m not spending another $80 on this case that doesn’t last.

I’m also not fond of wallets that don’t have a screen cover because I’m afraid the wallet will fall out when I put it on my back pocket.

TLDR: need a non RFID blocking slim flipper MagSafe wallet that doesn’t wear out in 6 months.

1987 Toyota Celica hubcap thief

If you lived on Wynnewood Dr in Voorhees in the 1990s, I owe you an apology because I stole your hubcap.

About 2 years later I crashed the car I was driving and ended up putting the hubcap back on your car where I took it from. So if you were ever confused about why your missing hubcap randomly reappeared years later… this is why.

I was young and dumb, and I thought returning it was the right thing to do. Looking back, it was a shitty thing to do because I probably caused more confusion and I should have just lived with the guilt of being a thief. Sorry.

I’m 50 and my old city track bike is hella uncomfortable. I’ve been riding it recently to commute to work. It’s a 24 hour track bike so it has a road fork but track bike geometry.

I want to covert it from “city racer” to “urban gentleman”.

I’m thinking Brooks B17 saddle and Velo Orange quill stem with 0° rise but I’m not sure which handlebars to get that won’t make it squirrelly.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: thanks for all the comments. Once I learned the Guardian CEO is MAGA aligned and lobbied to get bike imports tariffed I decided not to support a company like that. No Guardian for my kids.

I’m an admitted bike snob. My daughter asked for a bike and I’m kind of excited about the prospect of riding with her.

She likes this one. It will fit her based on height and she’s on the lower end height wise so she’ll keep growing into it the next couple years.

Question for my fellow bikers - Is it a decent brand? Any other kid bike brands I should look at?

Resurrected my fixie and started riding again after ten years hiatus. The seat is too uncomfortable and I don’t want to be hunched over anymore.

Thinking of getting a Brooks saddle and some Nitto or VO bars. I need help ordering the parts and getting the sizing right.

What bike shop would you trust to help dial this in?

First pic is my bike now and second pic is a bike I spotted locked up that’s pretty much the vibe I’m going for.

I’m looking to reduce my lunch spend on a regular basis.

I recently started cycling again so my radius is around 18th and Market a mile or two.

What are some good lunch spots I can get a good healthy meal for cheap?

The food carts are great but I’ve been eating there for a while and they’re getting old.
