ISO an old recipe for a Maple Nut Pie?

My SO's 58th birthday is coming up and he has mentioned often how much he loves his Mimi's (gma's) Maple Nut Pie. I thought I would ask in this group if anyone has ever heard or come across a recipe of the sort like this? I would like to make it for him but I am at a loss for the recipe. His gma was born during the Great Depression era and hailed from Salt Lake City UT... they were a very strong Mormon family back in the day. Unsure if that helps anyone maybe identify this? TIA

May I ask all y'all's opinion? I work a for a small non-profit and our CFO is not happy with our W-9 IT guy so he's considering bringing the job in-house for either FT or PT. Want your salary opinions.

We use all Microsoft products, outlook, teams, etc. and have other various IT projects for them to work with us on (CRM Integrations etc) that we would want their help with. We have 21 staff total with many who travel a lot for work and 9 of those 21 are remote. However this role would be in-house.

HCOL city: Mesa AZ.

In your opinion what would be a fair salary for a FT or a fair hourly wage for a PT position?

I've always been told as a small business owner you should 100% not DIY accounting or IT. Get experts and I believe you get what you pay for. So I personally would want to pay a fair salary/wage. But I do not even know what the market is for this industry.

Can y'all advise? TIA.
