Very tasty and quite expensive chocolate from the island Sylt in Germany.

3/5 stars. The pancake itself is actually really nice; soft, fluffy, and easy to eat without feeling dry. The red velvet flavour works pretty well too.
What held it back for me was the filling/core. I was expecting something a bit more creamy or liquid-like to create more contrast with the pancake texture, but it felt a little too subtle. The protein content also isn’t especially high compared to other protein snacks, so it doesn’t fully stand out in that category either.
That said, I can definitely imagine trying some of the other flavours because the base product has potential and the texture is genuinely enjoyable. 12.8g protein in a 55g "pancake".
3.5/5 stars. I bought the Barebells Peanut Cloud in Germany, and it's clearly trying to position itself as a lighter and “healthier-feeling” protein bar compared to the classic Barebells lineup. The texture is softer and fluffier, and the taste is less rich and candy-like than flavors such as Cookies & Cream or Salty Peanut.
Even though it’s marketed as reduced fat and low sugar, the nutritional difference is not dramatic compared to regular Barebells bars, but the overall experience feels a bit toned down in exchange for slightly lighter macros. 16g protein in a 55g bar.
