If you were on the fence... don't buy a Lymow One.
Do not buy a Lymow One. I've posted here a few times with my issues and today is the breaking point for me.
I wanted to like this mower, and when it works, it performs well. Unfortunately, reliability and support have been terrible.
My unit has had:
- Bluetooth failures
- Wi-Fi failures
- GPS failures
- Docking and charging failures
- Touch bar failures
- Charging contacts that require cleaning roughly every 2 hours due to grass buildup
The mower cannot operate autonomously in a reliable way, which defeats the entire purpose of owning it.
I have spent over a month working with support and repeatedly requested a replacement. Most responses were basic troubleshooting steps while the issues continued getting worse.
Today the mower damaged over $500 worth of landscaping at my home.
Lymow eventually agreed to replace the unit, but only after I pushed the issue aggressively, and I still do not have shipment confirmation.
For a product in this price range, this experience has been unacceptable. I cannot recommend the Lymow One to anyone.
