How do I work on my black and white thinking?
It’s difficult for me to give other people grace and understanding when they cross what I view as clearly-identifiable moral lines.
I end up burning bridges, regardless of the relationship—parent, friends of 20+ years, etc.—and I often feel like I’m walking a pretty tight line between thoughtfully discerning what sort of energy I want around me vs. sitting on a high horse. What do you recommend I work on to soften some of that rigidity?
