3/4 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz agave
Bunch of mint leaves
Half lime
Muddled mint with lime and peel together, shake with everything and strain. Very refreshing

Made in the pressure cooker on High for 60 minutes. Had to find a Halal market in the city to get the goat bc it's not common at all around here
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 cups dark brown sugar
1 oz amber rum
1 tsp rose water
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dissolve sugar into milk stirring while on medium heat, no need to boil. Remove from heat, add extracts and cool completely before bottling, adding the rum and giving it a good shake.

2oz overproof rum
1oz fresh lime juice
2/3oz triple sec (Cointreau)
3/4oz Amaretto (Lazaronni)
Splash of agave
Angostura bitters
Shake & strain
