I’m heading into my 3rd round of interviews with OpenAI for a strategic / enterprise AE role. I’m very excited about the opportunity, but I hear so much about Claude / Anthropic and wondering if anyone here has an opinions on either company?

Curious to hear about a few things in particular:

- leadership / culture

- career trajectory / room for growth long term

- compensation outside of just large equity over 4 years
