How long before quitting do you give a notice?

I’m planning on quitting my english teaching job as soon as possible. I’m a full-time employee if that changes anything.

I’ve heard the law is a minimum of two weeks, though I’m probably going to give a one month notice or max two months if I can’t start my next job sooner.

For those who have quit their jobs, how much time in advance did you notify them?

For those of you who have or do work for a company that only speaks Japanese, how was it when you first joined? Was your japanese level okay, or did you still have lots to learn?

I’m currently applying for non-english teaching jobs (mostly office work) so that I can get out of this god forsaken english teacher job, but I’m a little worried about speaking full on business japanese all day.

I’ve had experience working in restaurants speaking solely japanese, but I’m worried i’ve gotten rusty since become an english teacher.

Thank you for your input!

I’m trying to find the “true” japanese version of Webtoons where I can read manga or manhwas in Japanese.

I’ve downloaded and tried the major apps like shonen jump, ピッコマ, and LINE manga, but most of them seem to be behind paywalls or limited to those one a day coupons.

Please tell me what site/app you recommend. Don’t be afraid to post any illegal sites too so i can make sure to stay away from them.
