Does anyone know if personal photography is allowed? I don’t have a photographer. My husband will just take a photo of me for my graduation photos.

My sister (29) and I (31F) had an argument over something small four years ago. At the time, I was dealing with some issues in my marriage, and she didn’t know. When we argued over text, I ended up blocking her completely. I genuinely want to reach out now, but I don’t know how. We live far from each other, so the only way I can reach out is by phone. What should I text her?
