What are the most accurate performances you know of? Think fidelity to the text, how abridged, the tone, &c.

I want to watch more because I mainly read.

My Oxford 3 vol. has become quite damaged.

I am looking for a new set of the complete works, should I buy the same again second-hand?

If I get a different set, it would have to be accurate, reliable, and without notes.
