Anti-theft plate

I recently purchase a '17 Charger SE, not top of the line anything, but I'd still like to protect my investment with a good anti-theft device. I bought The Club LX, but I've heard they are just a deterrent for amateurs, but no match for seasoned professional car thieves.

I've seen videos about an anti-theft plate used to prevent thieves from stealing Chargers by preventing them from putting the car in neutral to roll them away and then proceed with the rest of their thieving tactics. The idea is great, but what happens if the driver gets stuck somewhere blocking traffic and can't push the car out of the way because of the plate? If the car needs to be towed, is there another way for the tow person to engage neutral?

I value my car, but I would hate to be caught in a scenario where neutral is necessary, but can't be used. Would carrying the tools in the trunk defeat the purpose of having the plate, or would thieves not even bother trying to find them?

I'm also open to other anti-theft suggestions.
