I really want to relapse right now but there's a weird feeling in my chest that I'm invalid for not going deeper. I'm a volleyball ball player which means if I cut my arms it's going to hurt like hell on the court. I also do not own arm covers. ( the last time I relapsed I had to borrow from a friend ) I want to go deeper to numb my pain but I'm afraid
