So I moved my pc from one room to another which requires a hard wire ethernet (no bluetooth) so i ran a cable from the router, hardwired with a punch down tool to a keystone jack, ran a small 2 foot cable in between the next jack, and ran another cable from that to my pc. My computer still isnt reading any connection. I even tried a different brand, still doesn't work. Am I even doing this right? In my head it should work but im obviously missing something.
Yes I tripled check both jacks to see if both sides are wired correctly. I put them side by side and they are both the exact same
