So my mom has always had issues with the folks across but every year it just seems to get worse especially since i moved out. I mean they started as good buds once we moved in about 20 years back and now its this. First the mom was the main culprit to taunt us, then the older son who is now in jail i believe and now its the daughter. Cops said they cant do anything because then they’ll have to take in my mom for battery with deadly weapon since she hit her on the head. Hawthorne PD is crap anyways and it took them 40 minutes just to get back to me and tell me to fuck off. Any tips on making this better would be very appreciated
