Contacting Polk Audio
I tried contacting Polk recently in an effort to try to replace a tweeter in one of my MXT70 towers. I was met with an answering machine that told me that there was a long queue for a rep, and they gave me an option for them to call me back when my turn came around. I opted in for that, but never heard back all day. I called the next day, opted for them to call me back, and once again nothing all day. PRO TIP: DO NOT TAKE THAT OPTION. I called today and instead of letting them call me back when it was “my turn” I stayed on the line. Not even three minutes later I had a representative on the line and I got my order in. Maybe it was just a shorter queue today, or maybe Polk needs to fix their call system. Just wanted to post this because I felt hopeless when I couldn’t find anyone relating to this experience with Polk. Now hopefully people can find my PRO TIP. Wish you all the best.
