I am 58 and have been getting Sculptra treatments for about 2 years. It no longer seems to ‘take’ in my lower face . The last time I talked to my injector about filler, she suggested she would use ‘Ultra’ for better structure and volume. I don’t need to be perfectly smooth but would like to little more volume in my lower face and possibly temples.

Please share your experience if you’ve been able to treat this area with fillers and how much would be needed for an initial, ‘conservative’ treatment? I will consider lips as well - mine are naturally thin and I would not want anything overly filled here, but lip flips do absolutely nothing for me now.
