Hello everyone! I’m looking for a clean, chill, and respectful roommate to share a spacious 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in the Logan Square neighborhood. Move-in is available as early as June 1st. Thought it’s a 4bd, it would just be yourself, me and my cat “Buddy”. NO FURTHER PETS ALLOWED. Unfortunately, I cannot risk the safety of my sole feline heir. Though, Buddy may relocate overseas in June.

• Wonderful Logan Square location — 1 block from the Western Blue Line stop • 3 blocks from the 606 • Central heating & cooling • Free in-building laundry • Keyless-secured entry • Apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom even comes with a hardwood queen size bed frame and mattress. • You’d also have your own office and bathroom • Very responsive, respectful landlord who actually maintains the building (rare, I know!) That’s because I’m the landlord.

💰 Rent & Bills

• $1,000/month + split utilities • No hidden fees, no surprises • (Can wave $400 move in fee, if moving in June 1st)

• 39yo Male, Friendly, respectful • I don’t smoke cigarettes, don’t really drink, and don’t party • I do smoke cannabis, but I’m absolutely willing to cut back or keep it strictly outdoors if it bothers you. • I already have a cat. His name is Buddy. My 12yo baby boi. So you’d have to be animal-friendly! But again, he may permanently move overseas in June.

Someone who: • Is tidy and respectful • Communicates well • Enjoys a calm home environment • Is cool with a cat • Wants a great Logan Square location without the insane price tag.
