Hello, I've noticed marked improvements in my eczema when I am away from work.

I have well water at home that isn't treated, however at work the water is treated... However they treat things.

Perhaps this will be a better question for my doctor, but i'm wondering if I can use something besides the water to clean my hands - like baby wipes for sensitive skin.

Do you think this will effectively clean my skin? I guess I could also bring in some water from home to use instead. It might be weird but I don't mind weird if it means my skin gets a chance to heal.

Any other ideas?
