magsafe vent mount - which one?

there are dozens of these on amazon, seemingly of mixed quality.

which of these holds up the best, with or without charging? would sacrifice it for a better fit/magnet.

Group Practice Offer (AMFT/CA)

I’m looking to move work settings from a vc-backed company to a smaller group practice, had a number of interactions over the past couple weeks with subsequent offers all around the same - $45-50 per session, $20-25/hr for non-direct/admin work capped at 4 hrs most places. based in the Bay Area, associate level MFT halfway through my hrs

this offer I got was a bit unique/different than what I’ve encountered most others being FFS. lot of green flags in my initial call/interview with the practice owner, who came off as someone involved/invested in associate growth.

part of my issue with my current employer is they’ve simply not kept me busy enough, not adding more clients/intakes to my caseload despite being a well-heeled/funded org and taking insurance. their comp model only pays per session, no salary, so the inconsistency has gotten to me in so many ways. being salaried feels really relieving/relaxing, can actually have some regular income after essentially eating what I kill.

all seems okay to me after taking a few looks and doing some number crunching compared to my current gig/deal. wondering if anyone spots something that seems off or iffy. appreciate any help!
