need advice please. been dealing with this for months now and tried the following. thank you!

So I’ve been having an allergic reaction and previously had dermatitis all over my face, but that’s cleared up significantly. I’m just stuck with whatever is happening on my lips now.
I do not have fillers, this is all swelling. I have no swelling in my mouth. My tongue is a normal size. But my lips peel like crazy they burn sometimes I can’t even smile or else the skin cracks and I bleed. I’ve tried Dr. cortibalm and normal Vaseline, basically anything I can think of that that’s over-the-counter.
This is definitely the worst it’s ever been. I’m receiving hate online because people are making fun of my lips, which is really unfair considering this is out of my control right now, but it’s making me really insecure.
I’m not sure if this is fungal triggered at this point but it did get significantly worse after I ended my course of azithromycin because I had an ear infection.
Started taking my iron meds too, and vitamin C in case it’s vitamin related.
I’ve taken Pepcid, I take Benadryl almost every night when there’s a flareup and it does absolutely nothing. The only reason I don’t think it’s an allergic reaction is because there’s nothing going on in my mouth or the rest of my body.
Would really really really appreciate any advice thank you so much.
