I have to do pro se now.
So I have a trial date coming up shortly and I no longer have an attorney to go with me. I wanted to know if I could get any advice. My trial date is 7 days from now. It pertains to divorce/custody in Western New York. Not trying to slander the mother at all but her parenting is obviously not the best. The kids are involved in abuse from her new boyfriend. Her boyfriend happens to sell drugs out of their house and my soon-to-be ex-wife is doing meth. My son has mentioned that he is being sexually abused and is saying off the wall stuff and heavy racial slurs. I've called both CPS and the local police station about the sexual abuse. Nothing has been done. And I don't want to have my kids be put in a bad position because I no longer have an attorney.
Everything is well documented I have screenshots text messages and voice recordings. All involving harassment from both their mother and her boyfriend. Video footage of them harassing me during custody exchanges. Proof of everything. No hearsay all well documented proof.
