We were notified at stand-up today, that starting may 15th, they would start taking our sida badges at the end of our shifts? Is this legal? Unless i misunderstood i thought were werent supposed to hand them to anyone unless, we got terminated. Should clarify i work for a cargo company and not the airlines directly.

EDIT:Thank you for all the advice, ended up calling the badging office like allot of people said, they said that our company was not allowed to do that, Unsure whats gonna happen if they try to enforce it.
