I'm on 20 mg for 3 months and I'll tirate it these days.

I have teeth clenching during night and this caused TMJ slight pain. Fortunately i had TMJ pain also before it ajs dolved it by playing didgeridoo (I have UARS, a Sleep breathing disorder), and the pain went away but now it's caused by abilify.

Also i dont feel the complete sensation of my arms.

I read many people this went away as they titrated it.

Can anyone relate?

Does it make sense that since I have no social life for 3 years they took me to Mental Health Center and have to take abilify?

Does it make sense that also due to my hypermovility (I don't have classical EDS) I have every syndrome at 23 yo, last one dystonia that fortunately happened just one time?

Sorry for many questions, but I'm getting mad due to this. I have a Bpap here and hope it will work. Any Bpap success stories?

Fortunately as child they removed tonsils and adenoids, and my turbinates swell only due to allergies.

Also I can't work due to the syndromes I have I mean if I slept well I would have energy to do everything. Also family sustains economically but they want me dead... trying to be resilient!

BTW I have a shitty sleep test that counted only AHI and other useless values, but how useful is to send it to Ken Hooks? I'd do obv a UARS test that counts RERAs and RDI but wanted to know if Ken Hooks at least would find out UARS or not.

Hi all, since I'm with the 4th mask and masks are quite expensive, I was realixzing that if PAP therapy still fails I would try expansion.

But, as I live in EU and they don't know UARS, I thought about this procedure:

1. Sleep test with RERA/RDI, CBCT and DISE(this one I can only do it with NHS since privately that would cost 4000€ I think)

2. Consult with ANIL RAMA on what to do with my data (does he have consults via videocall?).

3. Deciding which kind of expansion to have possible with the best orthodontist in EU

I'm forced to take abilify but whatever.

I have a narrow palate and hypertrophic tongue. I know by wearing a classical "transparent " bite I sleep worse, there's no space to breath.

I can't wear a MAD bc of hypermobility.

What should I do? Expansion? The fact is I still have to do the UARS ' sleep test, cbct and dise.

Can anyone help?
