Hi, so my hcg was 283 (3 days ago) which was at 6w4d supposedly, but I dont know exactly! Then after 2 days it was 241, now I have started bleeding at 241, i dont see anything else, is it a good sign or a bad sign? I am really worried for ectopic as I am traveling internationally right now. What precautions should I take! No sac was found as my levels were super low
Hi, so I got an ultrasound day before yesterday and yesterday, didnt find anything except my uterus thickening. First hcg, came out 283 and second 241, in 48 hrs. I am just wondering, if it can still be ectopic? Super worried! No sac was found at ultrasound. But I don’t know, what to do. As I am about to travel. Dont know what to do. Also, they did another ultrasound yesterday, transvaginal and abdominal both, nothing found! But i am just worried if its ectopic. But numbers dropping sounds better than going little up or plateauing, what you guys think? Is it okay to travel out of states

Hi, so we have found out about pregnancy about 1.5 weeks ago (April 25th). And yesterday, I went to an ultrasound appointment (because have travel coming up), doctor tried to look at the sac through transvaginal ultrasound but cannot find anything. But she saw the uterus walls thickening. We have another ultrasound scheduled, and actively checking HCG, the hcg levels came 283 yesterday, but if i got positive on digital test (clearblue) isnt 283 too low?
I am scared! But have travel planned up before finding out about pregnancy! Should I cancel my whole trip? Nothing is refundable! But idk if everything is fine or not? Or it seems off
It could be a sign of ectopic?
(Have all the appointments scheduled, for ultrasound, hcg levels they will check again) but just want to know everyone’s experiences?
Should have been 6 weeks pregnant according to my calculations!
