Is Emirates FLEX ticket fully refundable? (not FLEX PLUS)
I've a visa yet to be received and I want to book a flight incase my visa comes in time . Does FLEX fare allow me to cancel and get a FULL REFUND?

Why is my CSP showing action required even if my appointment was done 2 days ago?
Does it not get updated in the CSP or is my application not in the consulate? (VFS sent me a mail saying the application has been forwarded to consulate a day and a half ago)
