Help help please. I gave my dog some grapes and I did not know they could poison my dog.

I took the dog in last year in early September. After a few months I found she had a urinary tract infection and i had to take out a credit card to help pay for treatment. Several times over the last few months i gave her some grapes and she seemed to be okay. Yesterday and today i gave her a few grapes and she seemed fine until a little later on, when we went out for a walk, she peed and it looked like she was peeing blood and urine. I was worried but wasn't sure what to do. I just found out twenty minutes ago that grapes are poisonous to dogs and I had no idea. Right now I am trying not to panic. I don't think there are any emergency vets open tonight and I am not sure what to do. She seems to be fine, she's energetic and being needy as she is sometimes. What do I do? I am getting kind of scared. I will never feed her grapes again I swear it. Please tell me things are going to be okay.
