my laptop is samsung galaxy book 4, 16gb, core 5 120u. i downloaded a game called bioshock from a pirated website and ever since then ive been facing a lot of issues. its not like i havent pirated games before, ive played a lot of games on my previous gaming laptop but never had any issues. but this one time i decided to play a game after a long time, i pirated it and idk if i downloaded a virus or something. my fingerprint sensor stopped working. i cant update my windows. i cant download apps for microsoft store. my browser keeps getting crashed. i also tried reseting but it gets stuck at 62% and says cant reset. i tried everything from youtube but nothing worked. pls help me with this as it is really hampering my studies as well.
