I'm having an issue with my JBL Tune 670NC when connected via Bluetooth to my Windows 11 PC: the microphone is not detected at all, even though the audio output works perfectly.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Checked sound settings (input/output)
• Restarted my PC
• Removed and re-paired the headset via Bluetooth
• Checked microphone permissions in Windows
• Tested on different apps (Discord, etc.)

What’s happening:

• The headset shows up fine as an audio output device
• But no input device (microphone) appears
• So I can't use it for calls or voice chat

Has anyone experienced this with this model or similar JBL headsets?
Is this a Bluetooth limitation (like audio-only profile) or a Windows issue?
