👋 hello.

At times I have this heaviness installing. And I kind of succumb cognitively, shutdown kind of.

I feel this soul's exhaustion. Without any energy left to fight or to do whatever.

It seems like it is an endless tiredness. Can't move. My body weighs tons of cement.

I'm not sure what can help here.

I've tried so far grounding techniques, accepting the tired part, meditating, moving around, but at times this heaviness just demands a total shutdown..

I' m unsure if this is a result of something physical but I feel it's energetical...

Any advice, similar experiences?
