Hey all! Looking to see if anyone can restore and add clarity to this family photo from childhood. If anyone can add to the right side so its not cut off that would be a bonus, but not necessary! Thank you in advance

I just picked my times and watched the setup video. It shows a video of the test taker holding up a mirror to show the monitor itself and then it says you will have to use your phone to show it to the proctor. If anyone has had experience with this, Im just confused - Is the phone just using my camera to show it to my computer camera via the phones screen? OR are they expecting to connect to my phone and have a feed to see through my camera? I also am using a wired webcam, I am kind of assuming I'll be able to pick that up and point it where ever they need me to. Any clarification on this from anyone that's done it recently would be greatly appreciated.
Edit; thank you for the replies. I am on a desktop computer, but I think this answers the main question!
